Went to the initial interview AFTER I had read comments posted here. I had already decided NOT to take the job, but went for the interviewing experience. Was first given a personality test to fill out and hand to the interviewer when she greeted me 15 minutes later.
LOTS of dumb psychological questions.
The interview took almost an hour.

Interview
First round interviewer was right out of college himself and unknowledgeable on the subject. Throughout the interview process, my person of contact was changed three times. Northwestern Mutual's West Hartford, CT office has a very high turnover rate for administrative staff.
