Interview
Northridge has a really thorough interview process. I applied online and was contacted by HR just a few hours later and asked to complete a writing sample. After completing the writing sample, I had a phone interview. Then I was asked to come in for an in-person interview (which has another writing sample and logic puzzle type questions). About a week later I was asked to provide references and then received an offer.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by HR for a phone screen with the hiring manager. After the initial phone screen I was brought invited for a series of face to face interviews and a writing test. The people are very candid. "Work hard, play hard" office and culture.
