Northern Hills Synagogue interview questions

My experience was that they were poorly organized. First, I was screened by an outside organization and made clear my abilites and compensation. Next, I was contacted by the synagogue for an interview. Before I agreed to an interview, we discussed the role in more detail for clarity and to avoid confusion of role as a contractor versus a member. After driving almost 2 hours round trip and spending 2 hours for an interview, I never received a response for an update request. This is not respectful of a person's time and unprofessional communication skills. I did not feel the organization was inclusive for all.
