- On-Site Interview (4 back-to-back 1:1 30 min interviews with a Legal Engineer, Engagement Managers, and peer of hiring manager)
Found the interview process to be somewhat intensive (step-wise), but largely consistent with similar roles I was pursuing. I invested significant time preparing for and completing each stage, including the case, and received positive feedback throughout. It was very frustrating to receive a generic (copy/paste) rejection email after completing the full process and giving the team several days to give me their final decision.
When I followed up for feedback, I was told the team was looking for someone with more specific, platform-implementation experience, which would have been helpful to understand earlier in the process (or in the job description).
