Norfund interview questions

There are three steps to the process, one of which includes a case. The hiring is done via a recruitment agency, but with internal HR manager and the department that is hiring.

2 rounds of interview with the HR department and the investment teams. Both were very nice and attentive, the second interview, candidates are asked to analyse a financial statement and answer a few questions related to the case.
