Interview
Process was seamless. I was interviewed with several other candidates being interviewed at nearby tables. The manager never formally offered me a position. So when the paperwork was being processed I had to ask, did you just offer me the position? Her answer was, oh, yes! It was an on the spot hire.
Took one week after applying. Interview took place in the cafe.
Young and new managers. They came with a tablet and were reading off questions. The manager asked while the assistant listened in.

Interview
Went through an initial phone interview, then got a call back for an in person interview. I was told to expect a call from a third party company associated with the recruiting process. I missed the call due to being busy.
