I was to have phone interviews twice with Nordstrom for a customer care specialist position for Trunk Club. Both times the interviewer never joined the call. I listened to music waiting for them to show up for 30 minutes and no one ever came. Very disappointing as I put work in to get ready for interview.

Interview
Had virtual interview within days with Nora very quick and simple . Then had interview with Taylor very laidback no pressure was offered job on spot. Just started and I live the culture so far
First you have to do a virtual interview that is sent to you via email quick and easy after wards they call you to go more into detail and get more information on your background
Really simple phone interview, very easy, they do not drug test. I had two phone calls and was hired for a remote position. I have enjoyed my time with the company.
