After phone interview, you will meet a department head, it may not be your own, check in early parking can be busy at the mall, make time to find where you are going. After your interview the manager will decide through workday how to proceed. If you are not a fit for the current role, ask about other departments, if the interview goes well you may find a job on another floor, so be flexible.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
