I interviewed at Nordstrom (Boston, MA) in Feb 2014
Interview
First, I filled out an online application. Afterwards, I was contacted about scheduling a phone interview. Immediately after completing the phone interview, I made an appointment to meet for an in-person interview at a Nordstrom store. The in-person interview was a panel of about 5 managers in the store. Whole process took about a month.

Question 1
A lot of "tell me about a time when..." questions. Huge emphasis on Nordstrom being commission based.
Panel Interview process where they ask star questions. The questions were a lot easier than you would think though, basic interview questions for the most part. It did take a while to hear back though.
