I schedule the date that I wanted the interview was on the phone. They I asked you the basic like why do you want to work for Nordstrom?, do you in some moment have to be the leader in work or in school?what do you think of customer service?
The recruitment team was friendly and welcoming. The hiring process was an online application, then an online assessment, and finally an interview with hiring managers. It was a 3 part interview process.

First was a Hirevue interview, then a recruiter reached out to me for an informal interview, but it was mostly to get me ready for my next interview then I met with two store managers.
Resume and cover letter. Had to be a senior in college or graduated. Got a call from HR about availability and to set up and interview. panel interview with 3 managers.
