I submitted an application online which took about 30-45 minutes. I was called soon after to schedule a phone interview which was a few days later. I had an in person interview the next day. I'd never been in sales and the position I applied for was in sales so the HR hiring coordinator recommended I be a seasonal cashier in another department. I had another interview with the department manager the next couple of days which was on a saturday. received a call soon after for my start date which was the following Monday. lots of interview questions. Mostly situational. Be very prepared. Go on youtube to prepare. Be confident! Look great!
