Applied online. Got an email to schedule a phone interview. Got it scheduled a few days later. Talked to a guy, I thought I was doing okay but it is always hard to tell with phone interviews how the other person is reacting to what you are saying and you don't have the advantage of body language, then he said "We have other applicants to talk to this week but we will let you know the next step of the process by Thursday probably." And that's when I knew he was not impressed. I had beforehand heard that when they like you they usually want to schedule to see you as soon as possible.

All seemed pretty normal interview questions like "what was the best experience you have had working in a team" ect
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Applied online. About 2 weeks later received an "online "interview" which was a 3 minute process asking me what time was I available for a in person interview. Received 2 interviews on the day of the interview, with a tutor of the store. About a week later received a job offer. I had no sales experience.

l appied online...then i had a phone interview took about 3 weeks.. i was then set up with a store interview with the depts, mangers they were very nice to talk to..
I had an 11 o'clock interview got there at 10:45am they took me right away asked my availability I said 8am to 3pm being I have classes at 4pm can only work day shift and I have part time work on Saturday and Sunday she said they usual like ppl to have open availability starting from 6am to 11pm which I didn't see why when the position was only 15-20hrs.The interview was ok a little awkward as usual but I could tell she wasn't too fond of me and btw I do have 8 years experience in customer service.
