Interview
There was a sit down interview where we discussed resume and experience. After that there was a practical portion where I styled a group of mannequins according to the placement of merchandise on the floor.
It was an easy experience. I went in early before the store was open. I had to pull together looks for three mannequins. The interview was one on one with the hiring manager.

Interview
very straight forward and simple. Want to make sure you understand visual merchandising and is comfortable with using basic tools. Be prepared to do a mock styling based on a trend given to you.
Standard merchandising question, what does merchandising mean to you, Who are your favorite retailers and what stands out to you the most about them? Then an outfit pull and that is it.
