Interview
It was fairly straightforward interview process with two department managers. The questions focused a lot on communication and customer service experiences. There is also a big emphasis on how to maintain your own clientele or how you would attract new customers. Each interview lasted around 30 minutes.

Tell me a time when you dealt with a difficult customers and how did you handle the situation?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
