Interview
I was contacted directly by the CEO and we had a Phone Call, to discuss my background, I was asked good questions asked, nothing tough, just good questions. Followed by a in person interview, Very casual atmosphere. Office is loud, and very unorganized. At first impression it seemed like a great place to work, but once I got there, I noticed some short comings that I wish I had asked about prior to accepting the position.

Interview
CEO seemed like she was using our interview as free consulting call on her competition’s sales strategy. Avoided my questions or invitations to talk about her company multiple times. Hardly addressed the role in which I was applying. Shady, from what I could tell, and extremely unprofessional.
