It was an easy interview. The interviewer seemed to understand my "different" technical background and showed interest in my skills. I was mainly asked how I can employ my capabilities to the current and future projects.

Was very long .. 5 interviews.. but pleasant. people are very approachable staff..arround 4/6 month long recruiting process.
Missing long term carreer projection and effective job function which is for me crucial in any recruiting process.
