Best thing is the vacation package with 4 weeks + 2 floating days for a new employees. Worst thing is the vacation days can not be carried over.

There are adjustment of inflation or salary increase, you have to move elsewhere . There are group sharing plan is reasonable. They are generous with vacation days.
Retirement plans, RRSP matching, dental, medical and drugs benefit are all top notch. Vacation is also top notch, 22 days of paid time off on start!
