Interview
Applied online through Nokia Networks website. Two weeks later I received a phone call inviting me to do some programming tests in Codility (3 test in 90 minutes). One week later I was invited to a personal interview (technical panel). Between two and four weeks later they make a decision (still waiting for a response)

Question 1
Technical panel was conducted by two software engineers who made questions from basic to advanced level in fields like:
- C/C++
- Python
- Mobile technologies
- Shell commands in Linux
- Software development and testing
They asked about oops, sql queries and two problems to solve, each were easy to moderate level and it was based on arrays and strings, overall experience was average for me. It was face to face interview.
Just an assessment and a 10 minutes interview with the line manager explaining the possition and hear your questions. Basic assessment with simple programming questions and a small code to implement. From the interview site there was no technical questions. No HR people on the call
I applied through university. I interviewed at Nokia (Antwerp)
Interview
highly competitive, were looking for one to two people only out of a large unspecified pool. Other than that, the people there were nice for the most part so take it easy.
