Interview
The interview was good, Interviewer makes comfortable even though the employee is a fresher. and good managerial round. Only puzzle kind offs.
After 1:1 technical round, i had a mangerial round.
I got a call from HR regarding the HR interview .
later received the offer letter.
Typical recruiter screen, but when waiting for interview email I was ghosted. Not sure what is happening with their recruiting department. There needs to be better oversight over their recruiters or hr team.
it is rather an interactive process, it covered not only questions and answers. It is more bidirectional that includes both questions on technical capability and conversations exchanging job expectations and understanding.
