The interviewers were approachable and clearly passionate about the company’s vision of driving digital transformation. I really appreciated how the conversation focused on both my technical skills and how I approach problem-solving. It felt like they cared as much about mindset and culture fit as they did about experience.

Planned and clear, relevant with humour and comfortably - The recruitment team were very good knowledgeable and also went out of their way to make me comfortable. The interview was based on highlighting experience and my behaviour and how I applied myself in various situations in regards to work ethic and conduct.
