Noble Coffee Roasters interview questions

It seemed very informal, there was no application you just wrote your name down. The owner called me to come in for an interview so I did. We sat down at a table and he asked me basic questions. He seemed nice but uninterested since I had no experience working as a barista. I thought it was rude that he never even called to say the position had been filled, it's a small place it wouldn't have been hard to just tell me to stop getting my hopes up of getting the job.
