Telephone interview first. Then technical interview. In the telephone interview, the director ask the experience on my resume and let explain all my project in detail. Then asked my some relAted question in my project.

Office is under construction. Difficult to find as there is no board or hording. They don't have high speed internet connection. Interview process was easy for me. Try to break your confidence by saying your skills are not enough and start comparing your work with their current employees.

They asked to introduce myself and then asked to explain projects you have worked on.
No technical questions asked.
