Absolutely unprofessional and obsolete hiring process: I have a track record of working in top tech companies, but my application was declined due to the following reason, quoting: "​We have now evaluated your application, and unfortunately, we will not offer you an interview this time. We did see potential in your technical skills and interests. However, we would have wanted to hear more about why you would like to join Nitor specifically, and why this very role would be the next plausible career step for you. Understanding potential future Nitoreans' motivators and drivers is very important for us." It made me laugh and surprised me at the same time: people in that company are more interested in ChatGPT's generated cover letters rather than the practical experience of the candidates. This says a lot about such places to work.

Chill environment. What stood out to me the most is that the recruiter didn't know a thing about tech. I feel like recruiters should know the basics when recruiting for an IT company. It's been a while so dont remember details about the interview process.
