Thank you for your review. I would like to point out that in Nitor we apply a three step interview process. I get the understanding from the review that you participated in only the first one? The first interview in Nitor is indeed usually performed by less technical people, by our People Operations, and intentionally not focusing on technical skills. In the first discussion we aim to get to know the candidate as a person, career aspirations etc., and to share information about what Nitor is, about its culture, way of doing business. Upon proceeding in interviews the second one is technical interview, where future colleagues discuss with the candidate all things tech and so on.
