Recruiter setup an interview with the hiring manager. The HM showed up 6 minutes late and I emailed to make sure we were still holding the interview. The HM got on the call and said she hopes I could understand her running late. Which is understandable, but a little heads up, "running a few minutes late" can make a bit of difference. During the interview, I asked about what the goals were for the CS Team and she responded with "It's Customer Success, it's all the same."
Yeah...if you're looking for CS leadership to work with, I recommend looking elsewhere.
