I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Nielsen
Interview
I was referred by an employee and got an email a psychometric assessment. Then, I waited for more than a week and called HR regarding my assessment. They told me that they would call me back to schedule me for an interview but didn’t get back to me so I waited another to call them again. Finally, they scheduled an interview for me.
My interviewer was a nice and friendly lady. She seemed to like me and told me that she would arrange the HR to give me an assessment and then she would come in again for a second interview after the assessment. I took the assessment and was told to leave then. Nobody told me anything else and I just packed my bag and left.
After that I was left into the dark for another week before i decided to call them for my result. Turns out they weren’t looking for someone with my qualifications to begin with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nielsen in Oct 2019
Interview
Started off with the written assessment (was given an hour to complete it) followed by a face to face interview with the Client Service Managers. It was a rather chilled interview where the interviewers asked some basic interview questions.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen
Interview
There are two sets of interview: the first interview is with the HR Manager then the second one is a panel interview with different hiring managers. All interviews are usually processed in just one day.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen (Johannesburg) in Sep 2018
Interview
Initial interview by a HR consultant. 24 hours before my interview he sent me a case study to analyze. Thereafter I had a panel interview with 6 members where I had to present my findings from the case study.
