This interview was by far one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had. From the moment it started, it felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. The questions were harsh and probing, and the overall atmosphere was unfriendly. It was far from the usual back-and-forth you expect in an interview. It felt like they were trying to judge me on a deeper level, almost as if I had to prove I was "good enough" to be considered.
Adding to the discomfort, I was left waiting for almost an hour with no communication or explanation. There was no email, no update, and nothing to let me know whether the interview was continuing or not. It felt incredibly disrespectful of my time. A simple message or heads-up would have been appreciated. Instead, I was left hanging with no clarity on what was going on. This lack of basic professionalism made the experience even more frustrating.
Another issue was their insistence on asking about my previous salary, even after I clearly mentioned that I had signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Despite my explanation, they kept pressing the issue, which felt invasive and unprofessional. It was uncomfortable, especially when they ignored my boundaries and continued to insist on an answer.
The company seems to pride itself on being "traditional," but the more I heard, the more I realized that the values they claim don’t really align with their actions. While they said they were inclusive, the culture I experienced felt the opposite. It was unwelcoming and cold. It almost felt like they wanted someone who could handle disrespectful behavior, such as being cursed at by managers or clients, without reacting. This was presented as part of their "test" for candidates, which only added to the uncomfortable and hostile vibe.
What bothered me the most was the lack of closure. After the interview, there was no feedback, no indication of whether I had made it to the next stage, and no communication on what would happen next. I felt like I was just another person in line with no real consideration for the time or energy I put into the process.
If you’re considering applying here, be prepared for tough treatment. The company seems to expect candidates to handle a lot of pressure and disrespect without question. Personally, I don’t think this is a company that values respect, open communication, or professionalism. Based on this experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more supportive and respectful work environment.
