I applied online. I interviewed at Next Jump (New York, NY)
Interview
Initial Phone screening with HR, then phone interview with two people back to back. Basic interview questions and then asked describe time you failed at something. Really want you to go into detail on that question. Rescheduled the second phone interview but got ghosted.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Next Jump (London, England) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview scoring system seemed like it was made just to put people down. They graded everyone super low, despite good effort. It just seemed like a ver toxic culture with criticism that wasn’t constructive.
