I participated in the interview process for this role but ultimately decided to withdraw my application after the initial stages. My interview began nearly 10 minutes after the scheduled start time without communication, which raised concerns about scheduling coordination and respect for candidates’ time. Additionally, the process included an unpaid project component. The project felt less like an assessment of skills and more like onboarding/training with a component of work that could generate direct value for the company.
