Initial phone interview, face to face interview, final group interview. The phone screen was through a recruiter, although I had applied directly to their site online. Their site asked additonal questions for the application process that I did not find on any job boards. The face to face interview lasted about an hour, and was very typical. Very nice people and very professional.
