Newton International Academy interview questions

I was contacted through my profile and email, which was listed on TES by the Principal. I did not deal with HR. I agreed to an interview as the school appeared to be BSO accredited under the name listed "Doha", but it turned out not all schools under the Newton International Name in Qatar are BSO accredited schools yet. They can not off QTS or NQT induction. The Principal, appeared to be well-experienced in education from reading his profile on the website. However, he seemed to lack interviewing experience, as someone with management experience I have interviewed candidates and worked with HR and it was not conducted in a professional manner and he was not prepared. The interview was via online video call.
