Interview
Do NOT waste your time. This organization is run by con-artisits. I applied and got a call the day of and followed through with an interview with the CEO..Which right off the bat is completely abnormal to hold the initial interview with the CEO.
He then spoke with vague language about how quickly you can move up the ranks and be making six figures in six months, which is simply not logical. He talked about how much fun everyone who works here has but yet you don't meet or even see anyone who works for the organization.. probably because no one actually does.
I soon found out this was not a marketing position but a cover to sell useless services at stands in Walmart.
He explained how he goes through hundreds of applicants and only takes two and yet I had several friends who came in the same week and all left with job offers. It's as easy as getting a job in fast food here.
Honestly, it reminded me of a temp agency that just gave itself a misleading name and fancy website.
All in all, this is NOT a marketing job. Do not be fooled by this scam.. unless pestering people at Walmart is of interest to you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was not asked one question. I was more so listening to a sales pitch begging me to take a job.

Interview
Applied and instantly got an interview within 24 hours. Anytime there's multiple people waiting around for interview, I am on alert because that is a warning sign of a "fishy" company. At the time, I didn't know this, so my interview starts off with the "CEO" in his office that barely looked lived in at all, another sign. He talked about himself and vaguely about the position. I still had no idea what was going on but I was intrigued about "moving up the ranks very quickly". After the interview was over, I was taken into another room with a random girl, as were others, and questioned about my work experience, and other standard questions. These were just buying time, until we were all "interviewed" and ready to get in a big circle and sing Kumbaya. It was WEIRD. They basically tried to brain wash us with these insane marketing tactics and started basically training us. We broke off into groups and had to talk to other employees about working there. Bizarre doesn't even explain the half. After this THREE hour long process, about 25 of us gathered in a small conference room where we wrote down availability and talked about when our START DATES were going to be?!!?! I literally couldn't believe what I had witnessed the last 3 hours and it apprently showed on my face, as the CEO instructed everyone to leave the room one by one until it was only me. Finally he reclined back in his chair and asked what I thought about this all. I was trying to be polite, and I just said "I have a real job, with a real salary. I don't need to sell make up to people on the street." In which he replied, alright. Got up and left.
I'm pretty sure it's a cult, like 99% sure.

Interview
A total joke. They will hire anyone because this job requires no skills. They hold an interview to make your position seem more official so that you might actually be dumb enough to work with their company. I applied late one evening and got a call first thing the next morning. They are desperate to find people to hire.
