Interview
Group interview first and then a second private interview. Process was very professional and they are genuinely interested in your values and work ethic. I could not think of a single negative thing to say about my interview process.

They were interested in how I would react to certain situations and in the group interview they wanted to see how well we worked together in groups since the job title involved mostly always working on the job with another person.
