Interview
After submitting an application and completing an online assessment through the recruitment agency, I received an introductory telephone interview with the agency to establish basics, followed by a personality profile test that included some alarmingly personal questions and resulted in a profile assessment report with middling accuracy. That was followed by a one-hour interview with another person from the recruitment agency. I did not advance to the next round of interviews, which may or may not have included speaking to the Board of Directors or anyone employed by the SPCA. The position was reposted by a different recruitment agency about two months later.
