They screened everyone with a brief phone interview and selected several people for an in-person interview. They interviewer was the person I would be reporting to if I got the job.

Interview
It was a 3 step process similar to most of the companies. First round by HR and then i was called for in person interview with the hiring manager and the team and then the third round with the hiring manager and the vice president.
Team was friendly and interview was not intimidating. The whole process took 3 months.
