    - amazing training
    - everybody there cares about their job and their peers
    - product discounts
    - small and intimate company; chances to become managers or move to head office

    Cons

    - minimum wage, no commission (though I also liked that this didn't foster a competitive environment

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at New Balance.

    Interview

A phone interview and then a long in-person interview. Nothing too unusual in the phone interview, just typical questions. The in-person interview was extremely long (an hour), and they asked a lot of questions, behavioural, situational, etc. There were questions from two individuals, separately. Be prepared for a lot of questions, and take some water and a deep breath beforehand!
