Advice to Management
Give more responsibility to employees on the floor when they have down time to keep them busy!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at New Balance.
A phone interview and then a long in-person interview. Nothing too unusual in the phone interview, just typical questions. The in-person interview was extremely long (an hour), and they asked a lot of questions, behavioural, situational, etc. There were questions from two individuals, separately. Be prepared for a lot of questions, and take some water and a deep breath beforehand!
