Neva Ventures interview questions

The company recruiter contacted for the above mentioned position and told brief about the role and expectations and vice se versa. There were 2 rounds of interview. 1st round with the HR manager immediately after my conversation with the recruiter. Not a very pleasant experience as the recruiter was on leave and no one knew nor I knew whom I am suppose to meet as my spoc was the recruiter. I was asked for my resume by 2-3 employees for some unknown reasons. On interview front it went really well with thorough discussion on the role and my experience. The 2nd round was with the head of the company and that too went well with most questions regarding experience, expectations and detailed information of the role and the business was given. I was happy with the overall experience barring the first visit to the office. Final outcome of this interview is “Nowhere”. Until today I am still not informed if it is positive or negative. Even after checking with the recruiter twice there is no response. Highly disappointed by this approach.
