the interview process was very long over a period of 6-7 weeks. 3 phone interviews and 2 skype calls. No one responded after the final interview call. No follow up emails or phone calls. No one responded even when the candidate called to follow up.

Interview
the initial screening was done buy a American recruiter who tested my communication skills and ask me some basic technical questions about my programming experience.
The second interaction was with a developer who asked me questions on object oriented programming and other technical skills mentioned in my resume.
The third interview was a hands-on programming assignment which included Java and j2ee programming tasks.
Then the 4th and the final step was a face to face interaction in the Michigan office where I was interviewed by 1 Technical Manager and a senior manager.
Right after that I was give an offer within a weeks time. The entire process mood very fast and was completed in 2 to 3 weeks time

Question 1
assuming your told to design A bunch of classes related to transportation for example a vehicle which is very general, a car, and trucks, a bicycle, an aeroplane, a spaceship, the ship etc how would you design the object oriented inheritance hierarchy using the best practices of OOAD. please demonstrate the usage of polymorphism, virtual functions, inheritance, data hiding etc

Interview
I was interviewed by a total of 4 people.
The first one was a general round of interview done by the HR executive.
The 2nd one was more Technical done by a Software Developer.
He asked me OOP related questions and programming fundamentals.
Mostly the questions were scenario oriented.
You wont be able to answer them unless you have worked on some real time scenario.
The 3rd round was a hands on coding assignment. Again the focus was not on code syntax but the quality of the code and how OOP programming fundamentals were used.
The final round was a management round where i was asked a bunch of behavioural questions.
What i was passionate about and why do i want to work for the company etc.
overall i felt they were looking for guys who are passionate about new technologies such as cloud computing, Mobile, J2EE. I had taken some AI courses during my college days and they were pretty excited about my AI Experience. (although it was not required)
