It was a pretty informal interview process that involved phone calls, an in-office meet and greet with multiple employees, and then another face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. Overall, a very flexible and low-pressure situation.
The standard tech interview process. HR phone screen; engineer phone screen. I appreciated the chat with the CTO as well. All through the process, they were prompt and honest, and answered all my questions. While the role wasn't a good fit for my career and what I wanted to work on and I decided not to pursue the role further, it sounded like they had an interesting product and everyone I interacted with were genuine. I also appreciated how they laid out the responsibilities of the position, which made it easier for me to decide and saved both parties some time.
