The standard designer interview in the second stage is a design task. Have to put a small presentation together too and expand your thoughts on design with possible other marketing collateral.

Basic interview process. First interview - overview of your CV and questions about your experience. You receive a design task that you have a few days to complete. Second interview - present your design task. Beware of false promises at this stage.
