They will conduct a test based on your skillset. You need to pass the test before getting selected for interview session. During the interview session you share your past experience and ask about your job role & responsibilty.

The first was a general talk with HR. Then was a task with multiple-choice answers and algorithm tasks with test case checks. After this the final technical .net interview with developers.
