Netflix Program Manager interview questions

Swift process, the question are behavioral questions it is important to prepare for that. I was not expecting it to be a lengthy session. However, the person that interviewed me gave insight on how the culture for the company is which I would describe as eclectic.

Applied through a connection at Netflix. Was reached out to by a recruiter same day. The recruiter was very responsive and answered all my questions. Very conversational interview. Unfortunate it didn't work out, but I had a good experience.
