The overall process was okay, the in-person interview was a bit frustrating because I could tell the hiring managers only wanted to hear what they thought was correct. In the interview they asked a number of open-ended questions that generally observe a candidates' analytical reasoning, and solution identification process. However, I could tell the hiring managers had certain answers in mind and were looking for you to say word for word what was already in their mind. What's the point in hiring smart people if you think you already know the answers?
