After submitting my application, I was reached out to within 3 day. Started off with a phone interview. When that call went well I went on to a video interview and the following week I went in for a on site. Whole process was very smooth and efficient with respect to my time. Took about 2 weeks total.

The interview process was impressively smooth; they efficiently coordinated my interviews, respecting my time, and making a positive impression right from the beginning. The interviewers didn't just evaluate my skills and experience; they engaged me in meaningful conversations about my career aspirations and unique qualities. What truly set them apart was the depth of knowledge and insightful discussions we had, delving into the challenges of the managed service provider industry, while displaying a sincere interest in understanding me, the candidate, on a deeper level. Their transparency and open communication were evident throughout, providing me with a clear understanding of the role's expectations. Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of the interview was the emphasis on company culture. They were not only looking for skills but also for individuals who resonated with their values and could contribute positively to the workplace culture they've carefully cultivated. Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked 52 mind game 1984 questions and the rest were very technical questions about AD, SQL, VMware and Exchange that were copied off an MCSA and Vmware exam. Really dont want to get hired by mind games and robot companies.
