Nelson Schoenen interview questions

Following a short introductory phone interview, another phone interview with the team lead took place. Next step was an assignment which also included design. In the description it was recommended to spend max 6 hours but of course it took much longer than that. I believe I submitted a decent assignment but what I received was a rejection email without any feedback at all. Apparently no respect for the time and effort of the applicants.
