I went through multiple rounds for a senior quantitative analyst position at Nedbank. The process started with an initial screening call with a recruiter, followed by 2 assessments and 2 technical and behavioral interview rounds with various team members. The final stage involved a conversation with Hiring Manager, head of department and managers in the department
Throughout the process, communication was fairly smooth, and I was told I would receive a final decision within 2 weeks. However, after following up multiple times, I received a feedback to say that they are still finalising and they will revert back to me which they never did.
Despite making it to the final stage, I was completely ghosted. No rejection email, no status update—just silence.

Case study, interview and then pyschometrics.. and then silence. The HR lady reassured me that they’ll get back to me but she ended up not responding to my emails. This was a negative interview experience.

Average , they were just not interested in the interview maybe I found it very un inviting ! The worst part it was the additional panel , not the hiring manager the hiring manager was very cooperative
