Navtech interview questions

Consists of 4 rounds First round resume shortlist, next round written test which includes aptitude,reasoning,verbal and core subjects, next round group discussion general topics,next round technical interview and final round hr interview

HR telephone screen then onsite interview including talking with hiring manager and C# coding plus design pattern test. Got offer after reference check in two weeks. Went to office to see manager & HR to sign offer.
