Naviga interview questions

The process included an initial screening, followed by technical rounds focused on fundamentals and problem-solving, and a final HR discussion. There was also a discussion around past projects and experience, along with a basic HR round covering communication and cultural fit. Overall, it was smooth and well-organized.

I joined Naviga on a contract basis through MountBlue Technologies. The interview and selection process was conducted by MountBlue, followed by an intensive training program. After completing the training, I was deployed to Naviga for a one-year contract. As a result, there was no separate interview process conducted directly by Naviga in my case.
