Interview
The interview process is long in terms of the amount of people who interview you and the days between interviews. Most of the people interviewing you are not strong interviews and seem to be there just to fill a space. HR department is was not very knowledgeable about the details of different jobs.

Interview
Went through a recruiter was screened over the telephone. Meet twice in person for interviews and was hired one week later after last interview. Impressed with management and staff. High calipher employees and management. Company is focused on grwoing the company and trusts it's employees. Recommend that you investiage andlearn about about the company before applying - will impress management on how well you researched the company.
