its smooth and quick. The boss is very good and not demand much. The working environment is very low pace and not that stressful but salary is bit low. but i think its suitable with the salary

what is your education background. do u have any cad/cae/IT knowledge. Its better if you have any programming knowledge or AI/ML knowledge because this is what the direction of the company is going

Interview
It was done over zoom during covid times. It was quite casual, with one interviewer. The interviewer didn't seem out to get you, but maybe that's just his façade. He seemed to understand the position that this was only a traineeship and thus a stepping stone.
