Narwhal Digital interview questions

The process with Narwhal was excruciating. After 4 separate interviews, I was made to wait roughly a week with no feedback from anyone at the company. After a week, their update was "we really loved you, but we extended an offer to another candidate". Many companies today want to preach about how unique and special their culture is, but in actuality, they are focused solely on their own benefits. It takes minimal effort to update a candidate and when your communication is horrible - its a pretty good bet the communication once an employee is just as bad.

Applied on a recruiter website and then got a call from her. Answered all the questions relevant to the role. I was scheduled an interview with someone who wasn’t from Digital marketing background. Had lot of talk related various digital platforms, tools and technology. I was then promised for another call where we would discuss things more in detail. All I got next day was rejection email. I didn’t understand how one would be rejected without even completing the ongoing interview process. I felt the management doesn’t have right process in place when interviewing such roles.
